This is a wonderful 18th century block printed Ladies Pocket. The colors are still very rich and vibrant and the hand stitching is small and delicate. It still retains the origional ties for around the waist. Homespun was used for the back of the pocket. Multiple pieces of block printed fabric were quilted together to form the front of the pocket.
